Can log in, password reset not recognising anything

Trying to log in but not getting anywhere, I can use the app with WiFi off, but cant log in to view bills.

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you're having some issues accessing your account. 

Just to confirm- you're not able to sign into your My Virgin Media account?

Have you tried a password reset?

Virgin Mobile account, no reset is working, name, number or email no recognised. Using the app and using data works, but cant view the bills as need to log in still for that.

So you're able to access it via the app itself but not via a browser? What error message do you get ajo?
