Bill address

Hi.
Why is there still an old address on my mobile phone bill? I have been living in another place for almost two years now, my account has an existing address, but in the bill is still old address. If I have to prove my current address , I can't do so at all, because a completely different address appears. It is not possible to change it yourself.
