Been Cut Off

Hi.

i spoke to someone on your twitter account. Who said i should message someone on here. I have been cut off but can’t receive incoming calls or texts, which means I can’t recieve OTPs to log into anything, making it impossible to pay my bill as I can’t log in to my bank.

as there seems to be no live chat option, i have no way of calling or texting yourselves.

is there anyway around this?
