We're sorry to hear of the issues faced when trying to sign up for MyVM mobile account online, could you please let us know if you've received your new SIM and activated the services yet?
Also, do you get an error message when the verification fails and have you checked the spelling to make sure you're giving the correct address to send the verification link to?
Please, also look in your spam/junk folders too in case the email has landed there. Let us know how you get on and if you need more help.
