Am I accepted?

Hi, applied for a contract mobile handset.  Later recieved a text to check and accept documents. I have done this and it said approved 12/01/2023. But I’ve had no further emails or text messages about the order. Does this mean I’ve been accepted? Or declined?

If you've received confirmation that it's been approved then your order should go ahead and be with you in due course, but if there are any complications then you should receive further contact.
