Airpod pro warranty

Hi,

I added AirPods pro’s to a mobile contract that I took out in November last year, and they are not working but i think i have warranty on them, Could anyone point me in the direction of feting them replaced.

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with your AirPods. 

They do have a 12 Month Warranty, so I would recommend checking your dates to ensure they are still covered.

If they still then I would recommend is contact Apple directly so they can investigate this for you.

it says i have warranty until 18.11.21 but i apple say i need to pay £70 is that right?

This would depend on what the fault is with the device. Apple would need to investigate this and see if the warranty covers this.
