Affecting credit

How can my credit be affected even though I've never missed a payment but one month I'd gone over my data due to a fault on my virgin wifi at home, and even though I paid the amount as soon as I was notified about it apparently it's affected my credit how can that happen, I've called up twice cause I'm not being funny but I can't understand them and there not understanding me I'm getting no where

Re: Affecting credit

Hi Nicola085,

Welcome to the community.

We don't control your credit rating and the factors that may cause it to go up or down. A credit rating company may rate you differently because a bill is slightly higher than last month. You may want to check with them as to why your score has dropped.

Thanks

Can make calls, but no data? Check your "Virgin Mobile APN settings"
