Account suspended

I recently got a new phone which for the past day and a half now since inserting my SIM hasn't asked yet for my security pin, if I login to the my virgin media app it says my service is suspended but I've not got any outstanding bills. Calls to 789 have ended with them not helping me or saying that my unlocked phone needs to be unlocked honestly just thinking of switching companies at this point.
