Account suspended

I have a message to say that my account has been suspended. My bill is up to date so I don't know what the problem is!

Hi MDettmer,

 

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. Sorry about your account being suspended.

 

If your bill is up to date, then the other thing it could be is a cancelled direct debit. You can log into your account online here, select the Payments tab and then Direct Debit to see if this is active.
