24 hours to resume service?!

Hi, 

I paid my bill hours ago & service is still off, I understand it can take up to 24 hours, but why was an agent able to restore my service straight away last week? I had been trying to pay my bill for days but was told your payment system was down?? Then told to us the app, which I couldn't register, as saying I had an account. I'm disabled & need my phone for emergencies etc.

Is this for Mobile or Media services?

Thank you for that. It is our system that unbars numbers that have been barred. We advised up to 24 hours as sometimes this can be straight away and sometimes it can be longer. MH
