Hi there,
When I signed up for the service last week, I selected a 150gb data special deal. However, after receiving my device it only shows a data allowance of 100gb. Just wondering what has happened to the extra 50?

Sorry to hear about your issue, does the order confirmation you have received advise of the correct amount? I'd suggest contacting our Mobile team on 789 [from any VM mobile or landline] or 0345 600 0789. They will be able to look into this with yourself and get your package changed if needs be as we do not handle Mobile Care queries via the forums unfortunately.
