£100 retail vouchers not received

Hi. I received my new phone in September, but I haven’t received the promised £100 retail vouchers. I have checked and double checked everything that came with the phone and there is nothing there.  Can someone let me know how I can get the vouchers I was promised please.

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. Sorry to hear you haven't received your £100 retail voucher yet.

 

Some upgrades didn't have this offer available to them on the system. Did you order email show the handset and voucher?

Hi Rich. It was ordered over the telephone, not online, and the sales person I spoke to told me that I would be sent the voucher as part of my upgrade.
