02 Sim not arrived

Hi

 

we placed our order on 27th January for a new package which included the 02 sim. The delivery date chosen was 25th February however the bundle did not arrive until today. The sim card is not included and hasn't been sent by 02 either. We have tried contacting 02 but they have no record of us. Can you help?
