wont let me register for my virgin media

i have recently got virgin media broadband but wont let me sign up for my virgin media. just keeps saying cant use that password even though i have used all the things it has asked me to use to set up the password. i cant view my bills online if i cant sign up

Sorry to hear you've been unable to create your my virgin media account. And sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing you. For whatever reason, if the account has not gone live yet, some customers, depending on their area, cannot register before the account goes live on our system.  However, as you've reached out to us,  I would like to take a closer look on your behalf.
