webchat unavaliable


I am having some difficulty accessing the web-chat as I need to send over an email regarding my bill, anytime I have spoken to customer services they have not been very helpful despite having to wait more than half an hour to speak to someone for them to tell me I have to use the web-chat to send over the email.  Does anyone know of an email address that I can have or any other advice on how I get this issue addressed.

there isn't a contact email address for billing, sadly would need to have a chat with the billing team again, could have a chat with customer relations choosing option 1-4-5 (thinking of leaving us) they can deal with lots of issues.
