unable to register new account (DEF01) CODE ERROR

Hello, I am a new customer and I am unable to register my account.(Code: DEF01) I am getting this message which asks to use the email I registered with. I am using it and it is not working. Please can you help?I have tried all the suggestions such as clearing caches, different browsers,pcs etc. but nothing works.
