I have recently setup a broadband package for my university house which was installed a month ago by one of my housemates. I have received my first bill and been charged and want to access my account to view the bill and look at the account settings, however the account settings I think I used to setup and the email that is receiving the bills isnt recognised as an email when I select the forgotten password option and if I select the forgotten email option the page after I input my details comes up as temporarily down not working. Any help would be greatly appreciated
