returned equipment gone missing

Just received message from Virgin saying the equipment has not been received and I will be charged £40. I dropped it off at Collect+ days ago. I have a receipt but without a postcode I cannot track the parcel. On top of that my catalogue account has notified me that Collect+/Yodel have been hacked and there is a problem with delivering parcels. What am I supposed to do?
