reset telephone memorable password

Hi I'm trying to get through to someone at Virgin on the telephone 

i can't remember my memorable password How can i change it

Thank you very much for the info,

It worked, i managed to put the pass into the phone but still didn't get to speak to anyone

I really need to speak to a person at Virgin about my huge bill i'm not a tech person 

can anyone tell me how i can speak to a real person
