just wondered if anyone has the direct contact details of the head of customer services at Virgin
Currently on my third ridiculously long phone call to Virgin's cancellation line
1st one was aborted after 45mins when no one answered.
2nd one was told I could only cancel online (untrue) after waiting 30 minutes to get through - obviously so the person on phone didn't damage their win back figures
3rd on is currently ongoing at over 60 mins having been put back on hold after telling the person who answered I was definitely leaving - think I've just been slammed again.
Really Virgin? should it take over two hours to carry out a simple task? You obviously have a very serious problem with slamming and miselling when it comes to letting people leave your service. Surprisingly I didn't have this problem when joining?
Started this process fairly neutral about Virgin but will now be writing to complain to Ofcom and trading standards about restrictive practices.
