My monthly Vm cost went up to £90 this month I contact VM got oversea callcentre the advisor managed to sign me up a new contract for the same package for £82 per month which is to expensive compare what a new customer gets

This is the business model VM has always used. You do not get new customer pricing because new customer prices are sold at a loss to attract new customers in. Existing customers pay the true cost of the services. You will always get better discounting by being locked into a new contract.

Thanks for your post. Sorry you've had to head this way to explain what's happened with your renewal offer.
What @nodrogd has advised above is correct. With existing customers we will always offer the best possible package available.
What price were you charged before the increase to £90?

Last Vm monthly was £77 also as a pensioner of 76 I find oversea callcentre had to deal with WB
