hi basically some payments have been made taken out of my account like twice a month for a whole year but I've only just recently seen this I've tried to upload the statements but it isn't working.
Which services do you have from Virgin Media?
Do you have a mobile agreement with Virgin Mobile?
If you have both then you can have three payments to Virgin Media/Mobile each month.

If this is to do with a Virgin Mobile account then having 2 payments come out would be correct since you have 1 payment for the handset and 1 payment for the tariff.
If you've been paying 2 amounts for a Virgin Media service then this means you have 2 accounts setup.
