Problem resetting password for virgin.net email I've had for a long time. Got msg "mailbox unavailable", advised "change pw", but get error msg "you can't use that pw", though previous msg "all pw requirements met". Have tried many times but no pw accepted

Help gratefully received

Sorry to hear of the issues you've been experiencing with the mailbox service.

Can you please confirm if you are an active subscriber for a Virgin Media service?

If you are, please attempt clearing the cache on the browser you're using, or an alternative browser.

Not sure. I have acct no and area code for email I have had for a long time.
