Hi,I've been waiting at home since 7am for someone to pick up Virgin equipment, I received a message at 4pm to say nobody was coming .Have also requested packaging twice to send the stuff back myself,have received nothing.What can I do as I have no intention of taking another day off.Thank you

Hi Kain,thanks for your reply.I had an SMS at 4pm saying nobody was available to pick up the material having has a reminder this morning to say they were coming but with no indication of the time- a whole day wasted. I have also also requested a return kit twice but have received nothing..I suppose the next thing will be Virgin asking for money because the equipment hasn't been returned!
