The team have come back to me now to say they have sent the code to the email address you signed up with. Have a look at your inbox and if it's not there, check the spam / deleted folders.
To redeem it, go to Netflix and sign in > Your Account > Gifts & Offers > Enter your code here and your account will then be credited.
If you have any issues, or you still haven't received the code then pop me a private message with the following and I'll reply with the code
