I'm sorry to hear you've not yet received your Netflix code. 

 

Looking at the account I can see the code was on the original work order although a voucher code hasn't been generated yet. 

 

I can see you already spoke to the team regarding this. They have filled out an exceptions form and we're waiting for them to come back to us. 

 

I'll check the account on Friday to see if there is any movement.

hi still not heard anything regarding the netflix code.they told me it would take upto 5 days which have now passed.

Thanks for your patience whilst I looked in to this Smiley Happy 

 

The team have come back to me now to say they have sent the code to the email address you signed up with. Have a look at your inbox and if it's not there, check the spam / deleted folders. 

 

To redeem it, go to Netflix and sign in > Your Account > Gifts & Offers > Enter your code here and your account will then be credited. 

 

If you have any issues, or you still haven't received the code then pop me a private message with the following and I'll reply with the code Smiley Happy 

  • Your name
  • Are you the Account Holder?
  • Full Address, including postcode
  • The 1st, 3rd and 4th character from your memorable word (This is the password you give when you call us via the helpline to pass Data Protection)

Do NOT send this information publicly. Make sure it's done via Private Message. To send a message, click on my name to the left of this post. On the next page, click on the 'Send me a message' on the right hand side.
