unable to activate netflix thats included in my bundle has there been as resolution to this as ive tried everything still no netflix

They have to reply with what are proven to be useless copy and paste replies.That is all they have !
Will be raising another non existant IT ticket for you next 😁
You are right it's only the email link that works ! , customers get that pity staff don't !

When you have logged in to your online Virgin Media account, can you see a tile that says NETFLIX at all? If so, there should be an activate button.
If you do not have this an IT will need to be raised on your behalf.

I have the activate button, but no email to be able to actually use this.
Had the email promised to me 5 times, apparently IT ticket have been raised three times.
2 months in, and this still does not work.
Can I have a new excuse please?
