unable to activate netflix thats included in my bundle has there been as resolution to this as ive tried everything still no netflix

Hi Xilften, welcome to the community! Thank you for posting. 

Sincerest apologies for this issue with your Netflix activation. 

Would you just be able to confirm:

1) You have tried activating the service via the Netflix app on your Virgin TV box

2) There is no Netflix activation tile showing in your My Virgin Media account

3) You have not received an email from ourselves or Netflix with an Activation link (Please check your Junk and Spam folders)

Thanks for replying 

1. Tried to activate on Netflix app on TV box wants me to pay 

2.there is not activation available on my virgin media account 

3. Never received an email checked and folders nothing there

 

What's the next option available to me ?

I can answer that !

You have had the usual copy and paste response.

Do not take the pay option on the set top box.

Next you will get a pm and they will claim to give you an IT ticket to be resolved in 5/7 days. If these things even exist they do not get resolved , mine is now a month overdue and no news , no fix.

Thank you for confirming. There are a few different issues which have been affecting customers regarding Netflix billing and activation. Sincerest apologies that you have been affected. I will send you a PM to confirm a few details and get a ticket raised for you. 

We are still working collaboratively with Netflix to get these issues resolved.

Hi John 

I hope this is fixed very shortly as this has been going on far to long already 1 month approx and this isn't just Me seems to be a very popular subject when you search for a resolution and the answers all seem to be the same still waiting !!

I would have thought being a company being paid to provide this service and it seems to be I'm waiting for an activation email or a link to be added to my action 

If I want to pay for this service I can have it instantly???
