need a urgent call back

Hi I need an urgent call back from the virgin outbound team to sort my account out or I will leave virgin straight away.

 

My account number is removed

just to add what zvonok said, to cancel you service would need to give 30 days notification of intent to cancel unless within cooling off period.. or you in the process of cancelling since your not guaranteed a callback from the outbound retention department.
