my account,My Profile at the top of the page still shows "unable to access ,as working on site"
hi there! i have been trying to access, my profile, on my accounts page for a week now,(to check e-mail address) BUT all i keep getting is "unable to access ,as working on site" , this is driving me mad, as i was expecting a copy of a phone call record, to be sent to my e-mail address, only to find (after calling customer services) they sent it to an old now not got e-mail address, apparently they had 2 e-mails address for me and picked the wrong one!!. He assured me they have now updated their records, but on my contract page, it still shows the old e-mail address!!!
