moving home - both same service

My new girlfriend/wife lives an 1 hour away from me

She has VM and I have VM in my address

now what are the procedures when moving into her home

SKY has the procedures wereby when customers who have the same services they can downgrage one can the account and take the goods back

What does VM have

You can only have one active service at the address, so you would either need to cancel your account, or she can cancel hers and you would need to book a move and transfer 😊
