I recently ordered the student broadband package and was set to receive my self-install kit a month ago. I did have had two confirmation emails with contract summary numbers but no account number.
However, it has not arrived but in order to get through to customer support or track my order I need my account number. Although I have been sent the contract summary and information sheets, that number is not on those documents. What should I do?
