i was a virgin media customer up to november in 2019 and i've lost all my account details i've just been made aware there's an outstanding bill that needs paying but i cant get through to customer services as i've lost my old account number. how can i get in contact with virgin media to regain the information that i need

They may be able to assist further and accept any outstanding payments due that you wish to make
