incorrect fee in contract

Hello, I recently signed up to virgin as a new customer for the broadband/phone/stream box. Upon signing up it was clear on the website there was no installation/setup fee for the standard package, I added stream to my deal and it stated that 'A one-off £35 activation fee applies'. I also selected home delivery option as this was free. I received my pre order documents that included the £35 set up fee for the stream box, and today when i received my contract it said under other items and charges= £60. Can this be removed please this wasn't in the agreement upon signing up. Thank you
