final bill

I've been disconnected and had a final bill come through which has me in credit, so now I have two bills, with one day between them, the wrong bill says it will come out the day before my final bill, I need to know whats going on? I'm in credit for over £46 so the final bill should be the only one coming out of my direct debit, I don't want the wrong amount coming out to wait for a refund, can someone advise please?

Hi TL2

As Shafreya has advised the last bill with the credit balance on would be correct. 

We do charge in advance so when a customer leaves they will get a standard bill then on the day if disconnection another bill is produced with advance payments credited back
