My profile is set to ebilling, but Virgin continues to send (and charge for) paper bills.
I have had a phone call and three webchats with VM representatives, and all agree that my profile is set correctly, but still the bills keep coming. Earlier this month I emailed the complaints resolution service (c-1303231404), but all that they were able to offer was that I rang. Which is not a resolution!
Is there any known way of actually transferring to ebilling?
