I have ebilling selected in my account preferences but still getting charged/receiving paper bills, when I go to sign up to ebilling on the website it there is no actual option to do it just goes around in circles taking me back to how to sign up!
Can I resolve this without having to call?

Hey cher_84, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community I am so sorry to hear this.
When did you update this preference was it before your bill was produced?
As it stands the only way to get this removed is by doing it on your online account, please do remember we bill a month in advance so it could of got changed after your current bill was made. Thanks
