Hi, I've been charged for a paper bill, but I'm signed up to ebills in my account. I'm going round in circles on the help pages and it just tells me to change the settings in my account. How best is it to contact VM about this? I thought they used to have an online chat function, but I don't seem to be able to find it, or find a way to talk to anyone. It just sends me round and round via links.
