Go to "My Profile" and it should give you the option to opt in to Ebilling, it will let you know if this has already been done.
If you're still receiving a paperbill this could be a bill reminder, if the whole balance is not cleared before the new bill is produced we would send this, and it's not something there would be a charge for.
As I’ve already said, I’ve set up e-billing but I’m still receiving bills by post? These are not reminders as the bills are always paid on time by direct debit. How can I stop the paper bills and check that the £1.75 saving per month is being applied? Up to this point, the saving just seems to be made up??
