eBilling query

I think I’m now set up for eBilling, how do I check or can you confirm? Does the £1.75 saving show on the bill? How does it work??

Paper billing shows as an additional charge on your bill so, if you have successfully removed paper billing in favour of ebilling, the charge should be removed from your bill.

I’m still receiving paper bills but there is no charge of £1.75 showing?

Hi Gringo1969, 

 

Thanks for your post and sorry for the delay in replying. If you're able to sign into your My Virgin Media account here

 

Go to "My Profile" and it should give you the option to opt in to Ebilling, it will let you know if this has already been done.

 

If you're still receiving a paperbill this could be a bill reminder, if the whole balance is not cleared before the new bill is produced we would send this, and it's not something there would be a charge for.

As I’ve already said, I’ve set up e-billing but I’m still receiving bills by post? These are not reminders as the bills are always paid on time by direct debit. How can I stop the paper bills and check that the £1.75 saving per month is being applied? Up to this point, the saving just seems to be made up??
