what happens when you cancel your contract do they send a box so i can return there goods i have a  hub 3.0 arris  we havent used it .and needs to be returned asap. thankyou.

After you disconnection date is complete we will send out the returns packaging but you can also order this yourself online here and you can view information on how to return things here.
