creating an Virgin account

Hi,I would like to create My account to see my bills etc. Unfortunately to be able to register I need an account and area number that I should get in the mail. Unfortunately I have not received that email. How I can contact Virgin to sent me that email?Thank you

Can I just ask if the account is in your name as we would have sent a welcome pack and contract to the email address you used to sign up to us with 

If it was some one else then it needs to be the account holder that sets this up 

When did you sign up to us?
