I joined Virgin Media just over a month ago and have been unsuccessfully trying to access the MyVirginMedia Account to manage bills, restrictions etc. I have spoken to multiple advisors both on the phone and chat (only to be told there is nothing they can do to help). I was told that it was being escalated to IT and would be contacted but that was over 10 days ago and still I am unable to register my account. Delays in confirmation emails and errors when links are clicked when they finally do come through.
Is this is a know issue and has anyone managed to get around this as I have to say I'm not overly impressed as a new customer?
