Hi

My broadband contract runs out in October, and i was wanting to know if i upgrade my broadband speed do i then enter a new contract?

Currently paying £26 +  price rise.

Contract ending £45 + price rise.

Hi denise1967, thanks for the message and welcome to the forums. 

You will be given a new 18 month contract when upgrading and this can be done by calling us on 0345 454 1111 options 1,4, and 4. 

The new price will start from when the new contract is added.
