Hi, 

How can I get help with VM contract cancellation?

I've had a bad experience last time when I was misled on the phone by VM customer service. and they didnt cancel when they had said it was all sorted.

Please can VM rep contact me?

How to cancel your Virgin Media contract
By phone Call us on 150 from your Virgin Media home phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.
Write to us You can send your leaving request by post to: Virgin Media, Sunderland, SR43 4AA

However, any time I've cancelled, I've used the written letter method, delivered by Recorded Delivery, and have had no issues.

Thanks, the last time I had tried to cancel over VM phone, they had said its all sorted but it wasnt so they charged me for another 2 months until I realized on my bank account statement. Then I complained here on this community page, a rep contacted me. I hope the same will happen. 

I've just switched broadband and phone to sky and VM sent me 2 emails within 5mins with different cancellation fees,  £82 and then £55 for early cancellation fee, although my contract is up for renewal.
