does anyone happen to have the number you can call that "DOESN'T" give you an Indian call centre, but lets you to spoke to someone in the UK? TIA

Doesn’t exist.

The system connects you with an agent who is available.

Best time to increase chance of getting a UK agent is 8am.

As has been explained in this thread, there's no dedicated contact number to make you reach a specific call centre or agent. You'll be put forward to the next available agent in the department you've contacted, and they'll able to assist you regardless of where they're based.

May I ask what your reason is for making contact with the team? We may be able to assist you from here.
