confused AGAIN

Long story short, I got a deal for £31 then got an email informing me that my bill would increase to £34.50, I called up around 4 times each time equally confused. Now I get an email telling me that my next bill is £51.95 I am absolutely confused and annoyed. what is my new contract?!!!? £31? £34.50? £51?? sort this out virgin and tell me the accurate information I need to know. I'm about this close to fully cancelling the contract I have with this company.

ALSO, my £31 contract says it needs to be signed but there is nowhere to sign?!!!!??!??

I'm really sorry to hear you have been given a lot of conflicting information about your contract and bill amounts. I would love to take a look into this further for you.
