confirmation email

i haven’t had a confirmation email to be able to log in to virgin media online. i have clicked resend a million times and still no joy.

I'm sorry to hear of the issues that you're having trying to register for your online account, have you checked your spam and junk folders for the email as they can sometimes find their way into those folders?
