I ordered from the internet, the device has arrived, but the confirmation email has not yet arrived, I can't access my account

Good morning, I made the request for broadband, at the time of creating my account on the site, I am in the account confirmation email stage, but this email does not arrive

Have you had confirmation of the broadband package?

Account number etc.

the broadband device arrived today, and just turn it on? Or do I need to activate my account?

Hi raphaelbaima. 

You will need to activate the broadband first following the instructions included. 

The online account does not need to be activated first.
