I have had the same message from the same number but I notice that you didn't get definitive confirmation from Virgin. I'm in the same position, I don't want to reply if it's a scam number. Could a moderator from Virgin please confirm that a text from 07860 0410 003 is genuine correspondence from Virgin. I live on my own and I don't want a scammer turning up on my door and I don't want to reply to the text if it will do something dodgy to my phone.
