closing online account

Hi All

So i recently transferred my broadband and TV package to my ex as i will be leaving the property but my online account is still active and it says i have a bill but no direct debit set up. Obviously i have transferrred the account to his name but now i cannot close my online account?! i've tried to call customer services but they have been useless and unable to sort this for me.

does anyone know what i can do to sort this out?
