Apologies for the late reply, the virgin media agent (details provided previously) offered me the cashback as part of me signing up. I indicated Top Cash back were offering £70 cash back and he said he would match that as part of the agreement I signed with VM, not a 3rd party company. He said once I have been connected follow it up with the customer service team and a £70 credit will be applied to my account. This is where the struggle has started as customer services haven't helped at all despite numerous calls, hence me raising it here
I'll need to check in with Karen on this one as I can't see the email. Usually this isn't something we can help with as per the reason Karen gave above however if the credit was promised by the rep, there may be something else we can do.
